Stallion by Wilmat Cloud Tour - Owner Charges
Owner List
On selecting Transactions / Owner Charges, Stallion Cloud will display the Owner List. Only Active Owners are displayed.
Use the Search window to locate the required Owner. The search windows will locate Owners using any of the displayed fields and the Owner Code, which is not displayed but is still searchable. The Owner List can be sorted by clicking on the Up/Down arrows on the right hand side of the column heading.
Owner / Horse List
When the required Owner has been selected, the system will display a list of Horses with balances owned by the selected owner. An owned horse may not display if the horse does not have an outstanding balance or if there are no current transactions for the horse. In this case, it may be necessary to enter an Off Property transaction for the horse.
Select the required horse by clicking the horse name. The system will display the Owner Charge Entry screen.
